Workshop Overview

An intensive one-day workshop on intimacy coordination for film and television, led by intimacy coordinator David Thackery.

The day introduces the approach to intimate scenes in practice, from the first conversation with performers through to rehearsal and filming. It focuses on the decisions that need to be made early, how those decisions are communicated, and how they are maintained once a production is underway.

There is a strong practical element throughout. You will work through scenes, explore how communication is handled, and build scenes in the room so they are clear, agreed, and workable on set.
