Join us at FACT, Liverpool, for a live conversation with Mark Jenkin.


Mark is a writer and director best known for Bait and Enys Men, with his latest film Rose of Nevada on the way. His work is often made outside of the usual production routes, using analogue film and a hands-on approach that runs through every stage of the process.


During this one-hour session, we’ll sit down with Mark to talk about his films, how he makes them, and how his approach has developed from his early shorts through to his features. He’ll share how ideas come together, how he works on set, and how he shapes a film from start to finish.


There will be time for questions during the conversation, so you’ll be able to ask directly about anything you’re interested in from a filmmaking perspective.
