Every quarter, we give you a theme. This time it’s The Scouse Dogma Rule.
You can make any film you like, any idea, any style, any story, but you must set yourself one rule at the start of the process.
That rule becomes your Dogma.
You must follow it, exactly, for the whole film.
When you submit your film, you’ll tell us your Dogma rule.
We’ll watch your film with that rule in mind and judge how strictly you stuck to it and how creatively you used it.
Director/Producer of the project must be the one to submit and have all rights to show the film publicly. (Check T&C's)

Must be over 16 to submit.
Must be based in the North West of England.
The film must be under 5 minutes.
NOV 20th - JAN 20TH 23:59pm (Deadline).
